REFUND & CANCELLATION

All computational tools and calculation kernels currently published on SASA Engineers (https://sasa.engineer) — including the Load Symmetry Workspace, Force Matrix Command Center, SASA Design Lab, and Dream Studio CAD — are completely free of charge to use for individual civil engineers, architects, researchers, and students.

No credit card, debit card, bank authorization, or automated recurring billing is required to access, execute, or generate engineering calculation sheets across our core engines.

Because no payment processing or recurring fees are currently collected for public engine usage, there are no active charges subject to automatic debits or unauthorized renewals today.

As SASA Engineers expands to introduce advanced enterprise features (e.g., multi-user team workspaces, high-volume REST API keys, automated cloud backup, and dedicated institutional BIM pipelines), commercial subscription tiers may be introduced.

Upon the commercial launch of any paid tier:

• Pricing, billing frequency (monthly/annual), and feature entitlements will be presented with full transparency prior to checkout.

• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing date via the user settings dashboard.

• Cancellation of an active subscription stops future recurring charges at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

When commercial subscriptions go live, the following standardized refund policy will apply:

• Initial Subscription Evaluation Window: New subscribers to individual Pro or Team tiers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of initial purchase if the software fails to perform according to documented specifications.

• Renewal Subscriptions: Annual subscription renewals may be refunded within 7 calendar days of charge if requested before significant compute resources have been utilized.

• Exclusions: One-off computational API credit packs, specialized high-compute clusters, or customized corporate training deliverables are non-refundable once provisioned.

For institutional clients, municipal bodies, housing societies, or EPC contractors engaging CogniStruct Pvt. Ltd. for custom offline server deployments, IoT sensor integration with SASA Pratibimbhi, or chartered engineer review SLAs:

• Cancellation terms, milestone deliverables, and non-disclosure obligations shall be governed strictly by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

• In the absence of contrary terms in an executed SOW, either party may terminate advisory services with 30 days formal written notice, subject to pro-rata settlement for completed engineering milestones.

These policies are governed by the substantive consumer protection and IT regulations of India under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka / New Delhi, Bharat.
